Dialog: "Wide merge using relational keys"

In this dialog, you can modify and preprocess the keys used for a relational join between datasets.

• Change: Use this option to reselect the key attribute pairs that will be used to match records between the datasets.
• Ignore upper/lower-case: Enable this option to treat keys as case-insensitive, ignoring differences between uppercase and lowercase letters when matching.
• Ignore blank spaces: Enable this option to disregard spaces when comparing key values. This is useful when variations in spacing could prevent a proper match.
• Ignore characters: Enter the characters you'd like Visplore to ignore during the matching process. Visplore will check and remove each character individually, so list them one after another without separation.
