About the Event

Since our founding in 2020, we have had the privilege of working alongside outstanding teams across industries. This year, for the first time, we are bringing our customer community together in one place — at our homebase, in Vienna.

The Visplore Community Day was an exclusive, in-person event dedicated to our customers — a day to learn from one another, engage directly with our team, and help shape the future of Visplore. 

We hosted a casual welcome event in Vienna on the evening of June 17th, starting at 17:30, with a ride on Vienna’s iconic Giant Ferris Wheel and followed by dinner at 19:00 —  a relaxed opportunity to meet fellow attendees and the Visplore team over nice views and good food before the main event.

    09:15 – The Visplore leadership team kicks off the day with our vision, product direction, and what’s coming next.

  • 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

    10:00-12:30 – In the morning, hear directly from industry leaders including RHI Magnesita, Luminus, Altana, and Mondi on how they are solving real-world challenges with Visplore.

  • 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

    12:30-13:30 – Time to refuel and connect with fellow attendees over a relaxed lunch.

  • 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆-𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀

    13:30-15:00 – Four focused breakout sessions, each tailored to a specific industry or topic. Expect a hands-on format: share your own experience, hear from peers with similar challenges, and feed directly into Visplore’s product direction.

  • 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

    Mingle with fellow Visplore users and keep your wits about you. There may be a prize for those who know their Visplore well.

  • 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺

    Throughout the day – your chance to speak with Visplore’s product, engineering, and customer success experts.

  • 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

    16:30 – The day wraps up with a closing note from the Visplore team, followed by a relaxed end, wine included.

Getting There

By public transport (recommended): Take the U2 line to Krieau station. The venue is a short walk from there. We recommend using Krieau rather than the nearby Stadion stop, as it provides a more direct route to the entrance.

By car: The venue is located in the Prater area, with parking available nearby. Please note that traffic in central Vienna can be heavy — we recommend allowing extra time.
