Discovering time series data can (and should) be a thrilling experience! So why do many users still see it as a tedious, dry, and often frustrating endeavor? Why not adopt some of the joyful, interactive elements of computer games to foster creative analytics as an enabler of human strengths in the digital age?
That thought was the starting point of the Visplore journey. Having a background in game development, the founders Harald and Thomas transferred their passion for interactive graphics to advanced analytics of sensor data. This goal was the driver of their research and the reason, why Visplore feels different.
Visplore is a spin-off company from the research center VRVis, where 15 years of world-class research and close collaboration with industry experts were the basis for the unique feeling and analytics of our software. The spin-off was founded in June 2020 in Vienna, Austria.
