Our Mission
Our mission is to empower everyone in turning sensor data into insightful stories. For boosting the transformation towards sustainable manufacturing processes and renewable energy systems. We believe that successful digitization should involve human domain expertise. That’s why we focus on enabling also users without data science skills in exploring massive sensor data by highly interactive visualization and easy-to-use analytics.
Team and Culture
Visplore is a young, Vienna based startup with a background in game development. We are a spin-off company from the research center VRVis and were founded in 2020. We are a motivated team, enthusiastic about data and excited about continuous learning.
Our team is made up of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, hailing from countries such as Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Turkey, Hungary, USA, Italy, Canada, India, and Brazil.
In addition to the time we spend together at our office, we join together for release parties, monthly game nights, volleyball, bowling and many other activities.

Customer Success Engineer
In this role you’ll develop solutions for industrial and energy use cases, support users with their specific applications and trainings, provide product management with feedback on customer needs and new features, and build strong customer relationships.
Enterprise Account Executive
In this role you’ll identify new business opportunities, contact potential customers, present our tailor-made solution to them, and confidently guide them through the entire sales process.
After Sales Key Account Manager
In this role you’ll identify new opportunities, proactively reach out to other business units, sites, or subsidiaries, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

As part of our team, you will work on integration of modules and algorithms on time series.

Florian Spechtenhauser, Head of Development
I was one of the very first employees at Visplore. Actually I have been developing the product for years already before the company was founded. As our team grows, I am excited for the ideas and experience new developers bring in – to together solve challenges in development as well as in a growing development team.
Noora Lehtonen, Head of Finance
I moved to Vienna in 2018 from Helsinki, Finland. I joined Visplore in summer 2021, after which the team has already grown quite a lot. My work is very versatile with many opportunities to challenge myself every day. I am excited to see our culture grow and develop as new team members join.
